Payment, Returns & Refunds:

You may purchase merchandise from this website (GTEENG.com & GTEENG.co.uk) using any of the payment options listed on the checkout page. Payment refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 15 business days after the product is received and inspected by GTE Engineering LLC.

GTE Engineering LLC reserves the right to modify its payment procedures at any time without prior notice.

Return Policy – Website Orders

Returned merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging (no wrapping, seals, or labels may be broken), and in resalable condition.

Customers must follow all return procedures after shipment. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

A 35% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

eBay Motors Orders

Parts purchased from our eBay Motors Store may be returned within 14 days upon approval by GTE Engineering. Return requests must be submitted through eBay.com.

If the wrong part is shipped by GTE Engineering or PEGA Clutch TM. via eBay Motors, eBay Motors will cover all outbound shipping costs for the return.

Non-Refundable Items

New Clutch orders are non-refundable.

Rebuilt parts noticed as in product listing: "Service Provided", "Rebuild Service" cannot be returned. By purchasing a rebuilt part or a service to rebuild your part, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to chargebacks or disputes. Acceptance of these terms is confirmed by selecting the “Terms and Conditions” acceptance button at the product page before moving to checkout.

RMA & Problem Resolution

If a problem is confirmed by GTE Engineering, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be opened, and the customer will be notified of the next steps via their account tools or email.

Core Parts Returns Policy:

GTE Engineering offers certain parts for purchase as “core parts” for rebuild purposes. These parts are sold under the condition that the customer returns the original core part. Refunds of core charges are not guaranteed and will only be issued if the returned part meets all requirements outlined below.

Eligibility & Time Window

Customers have 15 calendar days from the date they receive the replacement part to initiate the core return process. To meet this requirement, the customer must:

- Have a shipping label dated within 15 days of receipt of the part.

- Ensure the core part is delivered to a carrier within this timeframe.

Core returns outside this 15-day window, or those that do not meet the requirements described in this policy, may be ineligible for a refund.

Inspection Requirement

All returned cores must be received and inspected by GTE Engineering LLC before any refund can be considered. Refund eligibility is determined solely after inspection based on the condition of the returned part.

Acceptable Core Condition

To qualify for a core refund, the returned part must be complete with no missing components, structurally intact, free from heavy corrosion or rust, fully drained of internal fluids, and properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Customer Shipping & Insurance Responsibility

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and insurance when returning the core. Any damage, loss, or delays incurred during shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Return / Conversion to Sale

If the customer does not return a core part, or the returned core fails inspection or does not meet the above conditions, the original core charge will automatically convert into a standard parts sale. In this case, the customer is no longer entitled to a refund, and the transaction is considered a final purchase.

Refund Processing

Refunds, if eligible, are limited to the core charge and are processed via the same payment method used for the original order unless otherwise agreed. Shipping or other service fees are non-refundable. Processing may take 7–10 business days after inspection.

Compliance with Terms & Conditions

All core returns are subject to GTE Engineering’s Terms of Service and Shipping Policy. Eligibility for a core refund is determined solely by GTE Engineering LLC after inspection.

Record Keeping & Documentation

Include your order number or invoice number with the returned core so it can be correctly matched with your purchase. Retain a copy of the tracking number and shipping documentation until your refund is issued.
